IN YOUR SENIOR YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL...
1. Did you date someone from your school? Eh, not really. A brief affair that was blessedly short lived.
2. Did you marry someone from your high school? No, thank goodness. I had horrible taste in high school. (amen sister)
3. Did you car pool to school? My mom drove me before I turned 16, then I drove myself. Occasionally my friend Sara and I would carpool.
4. What kind of car did you have? 2003 Silver Toyota Corolla
5. What kind of car do you have now? The aforementioned
6. It's Friday night...where are you now? Either at work or at home with Matthew and Mollie watching Netflix.
7. It's Friday night...where were you then? Probably at a football game or soccer game.
8. What kind of job did you have in high school? I mainly worked summers, school was my job. Did lots of extracurricular stuff.
9. What kind of job do you do now? Sales Lead at Pier 1
10. Were you a party animal? Nope
11. Were you considered a flirt? No, I was pretty shy.
12. Were you in band, orchestra, or choir? None of the above, I was an art nerd
13. Were you a nerd? Oh yeah, gotta love those AP classes. I was super excited to be 13th in my class of 400+
14. Did you get suspended or expelled? Oh no.
15. Can you sing the fight song? "Oh Midway High how we love you, oh Midway High we're for you. Oh Midway High we'll stick by you and cheer the red and blue! And when the going gets tough boys we'll stay right in there and fight! We'll stay right in there and fight, we'll fight with all our might and with our red and blue!" Looking back, this song is ridiculous.
16. Who was/were your favorite teacher(s)? Mrs. Warren, AP Art, had her for 3 years. Coach Gough, one of my few non-AP classes but a great teacher. Mrs. Moak, AP English Lit.
17. Where did you sit during lunch? Had off campus lunch because I was a PAL
18. What was your school's full name? Midway High School
19. When did you graduate? 2004
20. What was your school mascot? Panthers
21. If you could go back and do it again, would you? I'd rather relive college.
22. Did you have fun at Prom? Not really. After prom party was more fun.
23. Do you still talk to the person you went to Prom with? Ha ha no.
24. Are you planning on going to your next reunion? Eh, probably but I may lose that invite "accidentally"
25. Do you still talk to people from school? Some, yes.
26. School colors? Red, white and blue. We were very patriotic.
27. What celebrities came from your high school? None that I know of.
28. What is your fondest memory of your senior year? Getting accepted to A&M!
